Swimming Lessons

                                   Swimming
  Swimming is such a wonderful sport. But to learn to swim you have to get comfortable with kicking your legs in the water. To kick your legs in the water get a boogie board, put your hands on it and put only your stomach on the water. Next start kicking the water, you will notice the water splashing behind you. Next put hands straight out in front of you, put your hands together with palms facing outwards, and then bring your arms back half way and continue that strategy. Next try it in the water and there you go.
  In my opinion it’s the most fun sport if you can do it correctly. How would you describe the feeling of being in the water? I would describe it fun, exciting and wonderfully fantastic. If anyone asked me where I wanted to go it would be swimming. How about you, would you do the same thing?
  It builds up your muscles in the most funnest of ways. Kicking helps your leg muscles. Using your arms to swim helps your biceps. And plus you don’t feel the workout, but that doesn't mean it’s not there. So I advise everyone to stop watching T.V or playing video games and get out and swim.
